Please read these Terms carefully. They form an agreement between you and StyleON when you access the website, join the waitlist or use the marketplace. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Introduction

Welcome to StyleON. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the StyleON website, waitlist, mobile application and related marketplace services. By joining the waitlist, creating an account, browsing products, buying items, selling items, or otherwise using StyleON, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.

About StyleON

StyleON is a fashion marketplace that allows users to discover, buy, sell, and interact with fashion products and stores. Buyers can browse products, place orders, communicate with sellers, and manage purchases. Sellers can create store profiles, list products, receive orders, and communicate with buyers.

StyleON may provide tools for payments, messaging, order tracking, product discovery, and seller management. Some services may be provided through third-party providers.

Unless StyleON is clearly identified as the seller, StyleON provides the marketplace technology and the seller shown on a listing remains responsible for the product, its description, availability, quality and lawful sale.

Account registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating or updating your account.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, you should contact us immediately.

StyleON may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or create risk for other users.

Buyer responsibilities

As a buyer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate order, delivery, and contact information.
  • Review product details before placing an order.
  • Pay the required amount for confirmed purchases.
  • Communicate respectfully with sellers.
  • Confirm delivery only after receiving your order.
  • Avoid fraudulent orders, false claims, or misuse of the platform.

Product colors, sizes, availability, and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, device screens, seller uploads, or stock changes.

Seller responsibilities

Opening a store requires a seller request and StyleON approval. We may approve, reject, pause or request more information about an application to protect users and the marketplace.

As a seller, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate store, product, price, stock, and contact information.
  • Only list products you are allowed to sell.
  • Keep product availability updated.
  • Fulfill confirmed orders in a timely manner.
  • Mark orders accurately, including ready, delivered, or completed statuses.
  • Communicate respectfully with buyers.
  • Avoid counterfeit, illegal, unsafe, misleading, or prohibited products.

Sellers are responsible for the quality, legality, accuracy, and fulfillment of the products they list.

StyleON may remove products, restrict store visibility, suspend seller accounts, or take other action if a seller violates these Terms or creates risk for users.

Any store rental, subscription, promotion or other seller fee will be shown before the seller accepts the relevant paid plan or charge. Pricing may change for future periods with reasonable notice.

Orders and payments

When a buyer places an order, the order may be subject to seller confirmation, product availability, payment verification, and delivery availability.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you agree to the applicable payment provider's terms and policies.

StyleON may support Mobile Money and cash. Mobile Money orders may be marked as paid before a seller prepares the item. Never share your Mobile Money PIN or one-time password with StyleON, a seller or a rider.

StyleON is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by payment providers, banks, mobile money providers, card networks, or other third-party services.

Delivery

Delivery may be handled by sellers, third-party delivery providers, or delivery integrations made available through StyleON. StyleON currently plans to use Yango for supported local deliveries.

Yango delivery is offered within supported individual cities and is not an intercity service, such as delivery from Accra to Kumasi. Availability depends on the buyer's and seller's locations, rider coverage and operating hours.

Delivery times shown in the app are estimates and may vary due to traffic, location, weather, seller readiness, courier availability, or other circumstances.

Buyers should ensure that delivery details are accurate. StyleON is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect contact details, unavailable recipients, or inaccurate locations.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Cancellation, return, and refund eligibility may depend on the order status, seller policy, product condition, payment provider rules, and applicable law.

StyleON may help facilitate communication between buyers and sellers, but sellers remain responsible for fulfilling orders and resolving product-related issues unless otherwise stated.

Refunds, if approved, may take time to process depending on the payment provider.

Nothing in a seller policy or these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Messaging and user communication

StyleON may allow buyers and sellers to communicate through in-app messaging. You agree not to use messaging to:

  • Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against others.
  • Send spam, scams, or misleading information.
  • Share illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
  • Move transactions off-platform in a way that avoids platform rules or creates risk.
  • Request sensitive information that is not necessary for an order.

StyleON may review, restrict, or remove content where necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, or comply with legal obligations.

Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • Use StyleON for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • Upload false, misleading, stolen, or infringing content.
  • Sell counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, or prohibited items.
  • Interfere with the app's security, systems, or operation.
  • Attempt to access another user's account.
  • Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or misuse app data without permission.
  • Create multiple accounts to avoid restrictions.
  • Abuse promotions, refunds, ratings, or order systems.

Content, product listings and intellectual property

Content and product listings

Users and sellers may upload product images, store images, names, descriptions, messages, and other content.

By uploading content to StyleON, you confirm that you have the right to use it and grant StyleON permission to display, store, process, and use that content for operating, improving, promoting, and securing the platform.

StyleON may remove content that violates these Terms, infringes rights, or is otherwise inappropriate.

Intellectual property

StyleON, including its name, logo, design, app interface, features, and related materials, belongs to StyleON or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use StyleON branding without permission.

Other trademarks, product images, and brand names may belong to their respective owners.

Ratings and reviews

Users may be able to rate or review stores, products, or transactions. Reviews should be honest, relevant, and based on real experiences.

StyleON may remove reviews that are abusive, fake, misleading, spam, discriminatory, or unrelated to a real transaction.

Account deletion

You may request to delete your account where supported in the app. Account deletion may remove or anonymize your personal profile information, subject to legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution requirements.

For sellers, deleting or removing a store may affect product listings, store visibility, pending orders, and buyer communication.

Third-party services and privacy

Third-party services

StyleON may use third-party services for payments, authentication, maps, delivery, analytics, notifications, hosting, or other features.

Your use of these third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. StyleON is not responsible for third-party service failures, outages, errors, or actions.

Privacy

Your use of StyleON is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

By using StyleON, you agree that we may process your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and app changes

StyleON may first be offered through a closed beta. Beta access may be limited or invitation-only, and beta features may be incomplete, change without notice or be temporarily unavailable.

StyleON may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. We may also perform maintenance, introduce new features, remove features, or change how certain services work.

We do not guarantee that StyleON will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability and indemnity

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StyleON is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, loss of business, reputational harm, or losses caused by third-party services.

StyleON is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers, product quality issues, delivery delays, inaccurate listings, payment provider issues, or user-generated content, except where required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold StyleON harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the app, your content, your products, your transactions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

Suspension or termination

StyleON may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the app if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for users, engaged in fraud, abused the platform, or used the app unlawfully.

You may stop using StyleON at any time.

Changes and governing law

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we may notify users through the app or other reasonable means.

Your continued use of StyleON after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, unless another law is required to apply.

Any disputes will be handled in the courts or dispute-resolution forums located in Ghana, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
